It didn't dawn on me that today's news maybe fake, after reviewing it you maybe right. It is very likely fake news, but the CustodialShip was legit. Whoever release the news today if it was fake is not good for the ticker.
However, I must admit the stock price will recover and the CustodialShip will move ahead.

There are always a few bad apples trying to spoil the bunch.
