vozmil...that may eventually happen...but justice moves slowly, unfortunately...unless you live under a benevolent dictatorship... In a democracy certain procedures have to be followed....and they are time consuming.... The bottom line...the police are seldom around when you are being mugged, so try to avoid areas where a lot of muggings take place.... We have to be responsible for our own bad decisions...
