'Jagman' my question is, if it was a like a stollen car and SEC was successful to recover the stollen property then why the same court allow it to be traded as a gunuine public company, only in a different exchange? Shouldn't court just suspend such scam once for all and put the perpetrator of such frauds behind the bar?
