For starters it doesn’t have to be an either or. The deal could have been to buy absolutely everything and so far have only officially received the UPFRONT PAYMENT from The Visolis Transaction. . Could even be far more convoluted than that. The exact details ( With most not yet publicly disclosed ) don’t matter to me. Simply put $4.3 is not the be all end all of this deal. Once the impossible has been eliminated I know GOOD THINGS ARE COMING
