Nobody seems to be able to answer that question about the CEO.
But here is why the question is important. Up until PWC was discharged they had the power and authority to act as the CEO/BOD in all actions involving BioAmber Inc. through the authority granted by the Court.
Now that they have been discharged, where does that responsibility fall and by what authority?
In the absence of that governance, BioAmber Inc. has no ability to do anything. Which is likely unnecessary now because there is nothing left to do.
No deals, no buyout, no offering...nothing.
