BioAmber is worthless. The stock will be cancelled as the company is wound up in Delaware and FINRA will cancel the ticker.

Assuming the SEC doesn't suspend the stock for delinquent filings first.

It could occur at any time. Even tomorrow morning prior to the open.

Anyone holding BIOAQ shares will lose 100% of their investment.

Cancelling shares magically without proper legal authority is NOT what FINRA does!!
