That was said in February that FINRA was called about $BIOAQ and would happen anyday. Did that happen? No.

Now there is no more court. Only restructuring left is to control the $BIOAQ O/S that attaches to everything. Doing that gets the keys to the whole operation.

This is 100% a lock for a Major Win for all shareholders. They won't lose 100%, they'll gain 10,000%. All Short positions must find $BIOAQ shares & find them ASAP.

BIOAQ is currently in default with the laws of the State of Delaware, its State of Incorporation.

The State of Delaware does not close.

The stock is worthless.
