Zombywolf & BA Cable Labs has been an association( if u will) that is made up of member cable companies, most if not all cable companies in the US are members. If any of the patents they list can be shown to be UOIP's or very similar and we can prove same then they are indicating they are industry standards /certified where it proves there are no work arounds. Their recognition of the patents as standards / certified gives great weight to the patents and owners of same. The court will place great weight on this industries recognition. That said it is there where we will identify all US infringers in the US.AND with that being said foreign countries patent boards will recognize a US court finding ( these patents are standard essential patents) thus when we go for foreign infringers the path of foreign monetization /settlement will eliminate court action in foreign companies. It will expedite future action for UOIP.
