Not to be disrespectful or argumentative, but I think you're confusing Evaporate with Reduce It.

Reduce It compared statin only vs statin plus vascepa.

Evaporate is merely evaluating changes in arterial plaque after 9 months (or longer) after administration with Vascepa.

I guess I could be wrong but this was my understanding of the difference and why Evaporate was so important to potentially explain the MOA of Vascepa in reducing MACE.
