Yah, I was not that person. I prolly traded against you 2% of the time. some times I had too. butt for the most time, I 98% of the time I gave you a good execution. Other traders, not so quite. Now I had to trade out of your trade from my trading account. I had scrups, some of us did, and some didn't I had to trade out of our cocaine addicted traders f'd trades, or DK trades and break/bust trades.
It is called poker face for a reason. I learned how to play the game, especially with Billions of OPM on a daily basis.
I am telling you, that is a lot of work. I was pulled into my ops manager's office once and she asked me "do you like your job?" And $125000 a year straight out of skool at 22, managing a trading room, I said "yah", and I became a prick. Well, I was a supervisor, was not yet the manager then. But when your 22 and making $125,000 in 1990, YOU LIKE your job.
