I guess the question being begged here is one that goes, when is a conspiracy just a mistake and when is a mistake actually a bona fide conspiracy? And if it was proven to be a mistake, was the proof part of the cover up of the conspiracy? And if the conspiracy was just a mistake can we go ahead and sue them anyway?
