Agreed. They have 4 days from the date of the public announcement to file the 8K.

8K will be filed this upcoming week.

I encourage you to do some real DD on $ALPP. I understand that lots of people think everything on the OTC is a scam.

But if you do the proper DD on this one, you will see $ALPP is a fully audited $43M company.

These rare gems show up on the OTC only rarely. It would be a shame to miss your chance.
