including the award winning Tequila Comisario. Through various debt financing, the Company currently own 305,000
Common shares of Elite Beverage and warrants for an additional 60,000 Common shares. Oaktree Ventures, Inc.
placed a valuation of EBI share at $1.37 per share as of April 25, 2018.
