All I hear is SEC and legal issues that have been going on for what? 5 years. The company didn't bother to respond for what 3 years and now they want to be exonerated of all wrong doing?

How many thousands of stock holders was it , that are still holding holding hundreds of millions of worthless shares they have never been compensated for,? And you want to pay GOOD MONEY to get into the middle of something like that?
