I agree. The Botox sales reps may well be excellent but I don't think the ultimate customers have any ties to the Botox brand. Botox is just the common name for Botulinum Toxins in the same way that everyone refers to facial tissues as kleenex but nobody cares if they get kleenex brand or something else because they're all the same. The customers will go to their dermatologist and ask if they offer that new longer lasting botox they heard about in their bridge game.
