proto- how is the pps going to go up to a more fair $3 to $5 on no news? And I also never believed that pps doesn't matter until "everything". Otherwise promising money losing biotechs with no drugs on the market or even through the fda approval process would never go up (pps). Yet there are a multitude of examples of just the opposite.
