".we have lost nothing here, just a transfer off value from escrow to stock price."
IF what you say occurs then that is a BIG problem, right there.. In effect , "You are transferring Value from Escrows to Stock Price", that is exactly the problem, it means you are 'conveying off our Wamu 'Releasing Escrow-holders' assets' to 'johnny come-latelys' who never held any Wamu stock/Escrows in the first place. Are you saying then it is "Fair & Reasonable" that all these institutional investors & additional Hedgies who piled up into COOP stock AFTER the merger will now reap ALL the rewards of the "Share price appreciation" when they did not hold any flavors of WaMu Stock before 'voting the POR 7 Approval & Releases'? Why the hell did we even 'Release' these $cumbags then? We Release and we don't get any 'reward' and someone else reaps all the Value of our Wamu Assets??? Really?
Did you hold any flavor of WaMu stock & Released it and got any Escrow Markers??? Makes me highly suspicious of you. You are always on the "COOP Bandwagon"...

Lodas, Sorry man, but I disagree.

We had a 12/1 RS that gave away 80% of the stock to non Escrow Holders. They will share equally in the increased value with no investment unless we are rewarded with a Shares for value. Why should they share in what never belonged to them. The stock I bought post Bankruptcy should not be valued the same as my Escrow shares. There is no fair and reasonable in that scenario.
