of course there is Split T. We should be treated exactly like the original owners of the equity. We took all the risk off their hands! We should be getting a bonus... :)
Maybe if they hadn't r/s our shares and had just given us 1 to 1 for every old wmi common.. then yes the 'value' would be in coop.. but the way it is now . Legacy holders have been massively diluted and there is no f&r recovery unless all the billions show up at the end..
IMHO and according to the GSA/POR nothing can just revert to the DEBTORS ESTATE.
Now could it be BOUGHT??????? SURE IMHO but it just doesn't go back to the estate inmho and IF IF IF it does then all need to be put back just like they were in their HOLDINGs AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then it would be a TRUE REORGANIZATION!!!!!!
IN SHORT a S4V exchange would facilitate and allow for this! That way VALUE would go to those that ORIGINALLY HELD P's K's Uq's and YES the VALUE would then be underlying the value of COOP stock but we would have been compensated for those value and we would as well make out in the appreciation of value of COOP!!!!!!!!!!!
