I emailed him a while ago about why the Q2 went from active to inactive. Basically require documentation was not handed over by Dufort and Orfanos at the time. I was expecting complications, but not to this extreme (I mentioned a few months ago I was expecting completion by Oct 7). There is really nothing we can do but wait and see what happens. My guess is (and only a guess) that something could be done by the 3Q due date of November 14. No need to count down because not that confident in this until this become Pink Current and/or Dufort is gone. Anyway, going back in to stealth mode. Only came out again because of those 2 new documents on Colorado Secretary of State. BTW, Thanks to Ductor for informing of those docs.
