It is not a secret that the former directors had run out of funds to keep the filing requirements to the SEC.
They properly deregistered.
Now again this was the old management.
Since the new directors have arrived there has been undeniable money spent and filings made. Not to mention the outstanding records of the directors. (Very deep pockets) just google Berry or Spivak!
And these boys got to work quick!
OTC Pink Current was reached in eye opening fashion. Years of filings just boom all there!
The stepping aside of Dan Finch into a consulting position is a clear indicator that the Financials have been completed as Dan would have mainly stayed for a transitional period just to help get the filings for audit in order. (Educated opinion)
MLAS shows quite a bit of recent activity.
Exploration permits are in place.
Instrumentation permits are applied for and just about to be approved.
Not to mention the ever growing world-class geological teams that have been brought on.
This is a ticking time bomb.
The the geology is proving to be very favorable on our claims for gold. I’m working on a Super DD package that includes previous drill reports and highlights from them(haven’t shared this yet). I will try to have it ready by the weekend... but it is soo much material!!! Can’t rush science or research.
There is a strong Likelihood of Malartic size deposit at a Kirkland Lake grade. Right on Atacama 3. Bullseye! And let’s not forget the Graphite property that the group is very excited about as well.
Building an Industry Leader. Think equal to the caliber of those in charge.
The drills will be turning this year. Zero doubt.
Do the DD folks. It matters and it all connects!
When people get excited about facts and try to generate awareness to these facts. That is not a pump. The facts. The geology. The BoD. The Geological teams. And so much more. That is why people are here, trying to spread awareness.
And I will break it all down. Probably a two part DD package.
