Yeah … that note will likely never be collected on, as NWPN will likely never be worth anything, let alone $10M.
I don't know if Ken said what the 'assets' were that were transferred to NWPN for that $10M note, but if they are the 'assets' that EGOH was claiming it held prior to the GSFI take-over, I'll bet they've been sh*t-canned, as NWPN's new website says it's, basically, a 'pot stock', and [if my recall of them is correct] those 'assets' from EGOH had nothing to do with the products NWPN claims to be dealing in now.
However, if Ken thinks GSFI's $10M note in NWPN is real, maybe he'd swap it for his $5M note in GSFI.
