COWPP has a billionaire Chairman, investment funds buying (GRN Funds),and is involved with the fastest growing emerging market (MJ sales).

The fact that one of the hottest names in the OTC (Justin Costello) is accumulating a high percentage of outstanding shares,

...and the market cap here is just over 3M (preferred and commons combined)

...and that a large high end dispensary is said to be moving in.

I can't believe COWPP isn't at $1/share already.
