I've yet to see any document or filing with the SEC proving this guy is a billionaire. He sure mouths off being one - but let's see the proof:



The guy was caught lying on an 8K he filed with the SEC - and he had to correct it. Lied about something as simple as his educational background.
A few other things have cropped up as well.

I'd use caution dealing with the stocks he is involved with - if he even is involved here. Is someone using his name because the other stock he was involved with ran?
