Some of the news was teased in the second tweet hinting at aspects of what will be contained in the official PRs.
It makes total sense to drop PR's and filings all together.
If they don't drop the extension to file first, then that means we will see it all together this week and/or next...
If the extension drops, then it will likely be around the 28th-29th as per the observable history and behavior on OTC markets.
I'm fairly confident that this go around we have news between now and next Friday the 18th...
and its going to be "lit, fire, epic" as the kiddos say these days.
