We have have completed the 1st of 10 Assisted Living homes, this trial build turned out better than expected and the new operators are thrilled. The investor group has asked us to share in the residual profits from future builds, and we are considering their proposal.

We have a closing date set in October for the sale of our rental properties. Some have asked why dont we use that cash to build mini-storage instead of the RegA and dilution, our answer "who says we haven't?"
