Simply contact the Courtroom Deputy at 402-661-7463 or e-mail NEBml_orders@neb.uscourts.gov at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.

I have not done so yet.

Having used fee-based the CourtCall numerous times throughout the years, here is what to expect if you make a request by phone.

The deputy will ask you for your name and who you are representing. Indicate that you are a creditor in same group as those objecting. You will be added to the official list of participants and given the phone number used to dial on the hearing date.

If you want to register by email, just provide the same information.

Here is the link to CourtCall for future reference:

https://courtcall.com

If you were using CourtCall, a rep would tell you to call the court for authorization and give you the court’s phone number. The courtroom deputy would tell you the name or code to supply CourtCall to set up your call. You would be given the option to participate in “listen only” mode.

You will most likely have to announce your name at the beginning of the hearing so it becomes part of the official record.

The list of participants normally appears in PACER.

I have listened to several tele-hearing recordings, but never participated. I forget it is very much unlike a quarterly conference call as you are an active participant. As there were two objections, it is not outside the relm of possiblity I would be only attendee in the group. I'll pass.
