This is cancellation of non-existent trades... messing with volume... the option writers are doing this... not ameritrade and not the data providers... that's my take... they just stream what they get...
options need to trade in penny increments and trade more transparently. but if they do, there is fear of the derivitaive markets getting out of control... have you seen the billions in open postions in derivs??
