PG, what's the difference to these Modulator Drivers that are priced at a tiny fraction of that benchtop Modulator Driver you linked

I know the concept of a Driverless Modulator definitely is attractive to Tier 1's as cost reducing, but I thought PIC complete Transceivers were priced much cheaper than that Driver you linked
