They know about Red tape,lol didn't they set up the first bureaucracy and then of course the fireworks but that came later I think. I agree this is upbeat and no sign of the deal falling apart if anything a positive tone in direction and evidence the mine owners are wanting to meet with the JV partner as well as mfg is right on step. Glad whoever sold on weakness sold you don't want bid whackers pulling you down when the real pr meets the Street.
