Kanno confirmed what we had discussed here earlier in that it's not at all like setting up a JV in North America. As he said- "we're spoiled when it comes to that sort of thing over here". Much more red tape.

As far as the agreements between the 3 parties, I agree it's about as set in stone as it could get.
