the 6:1 is only for shareholders at a certain date. the stock has traded for a bit of time since. To say the share price would simply divide by the number of new shares is not accurate. I guess time will tell if we get these new shares.

I understood the 6-1 deal went with the $15 reset, which is a good deal IMO, so forget the PPS, at least wasn't that the original deal? Only for those holding on or before Oct 16.
