It's good for anyone who gets the extra 6 shares, but it's bad for anyone that buys the stock today or going forward until the market adjusts to the newly issued share structure.

Anyone buying today is simply buying into dilution that they will not get to participate in, so why should they buy today?

But to get the equilvalent of the touted $15pps reset out of 6 extra shares the pps of CSHD has to move up to a little over $2.00pps then you add the 6 in and you get you saposed $15 right, but fact is this will never ever get back to over $1.00 much less $2.00..So you will get 6 extra shares at what pps??? LOL so you will end up with 6 more for each one you now have and they will all still be next to worthlesss.
