That theory will bankrupt people very quickly. The same thing has been said for over a year and the price kept dropping. Told ya'll it would get worse ... and it has done just that. Evidently, the sellers have had enough of the false bravado-rah-rah nonsense.
Punishment for not being patient for the seller and icing on the cake for the buyer!
