Depending on who you trade with, some of these companies take some time with name changes. Sometimes the shares are locked up and there is no access to your shares, until they go through with the ticker change.
I've seen them take a few days where trading is happening but YOU can't trade as you have no access to your shares. All because of a symbol change.
There are also people that can't see level 2 yet.
Once all of these people have full access to their shares and the ticker is functional, I think this will move even further.
