Thx for posting...

The question remains, will lqmt post a PR for these contracts? If li wants this bad boy to hit $5 common sense says those contracts will be key to nasdaq...

What does that even mean? Does it mean LQMT is a sub of a China company or a China company is a sub of LQMT? Either way, that requires an 8K. You can’t have “secret” ownership of subsidiaries in the U.S. Come on.

“According to our understanding..” Yeah, “according to” their “understanding” is a hedge phrase also known as a line of bullshit. How could Eon not know the corporate structure when Li is intimately involved with both? That’s nonsensical double-speak.

it is actively engaged with the world's top customers to conduct product exploration in 5G terminals area

Would it make more sense to try to understand

(WHO FROM) LQMT is actively engaged with the world's top (WHAT NAME) customers to conduct product exploration in 5G terminals area ?

This has everything to do with what possibly will/not be in our wallet,

We are a subsidiary!! No wonder Li hasn’t felt a need to treat us as shareholders.

According to our understanding, it is actively engaged with the world's top customers to conduct product exploration in 5G terminals area.

This raises a several of questions:
1) Who are the world's top customers (plural companies)?
2) what does Apple think of LQMT working with other companies in consumer electronics?
3) how does this square with SEC filings of no CE?
4) who is left to conduct product exploration?
5) how in depth is Eontec’s understanding of LQMT’s business activities?

Put a time and date stamp on your post with an appropriate link.
Is that too difficult?

And thanks. Let's keep the board user friendly, if you don't mind.
