I will look into SOLI after work today I should be posting later this evening before or after a work dinner. Usually when LOI change drastically it's because first LOI was a pump and second LOI reaffirms the forward looking risk and then usually they drop LOI with little to no legal recourse. In other words this looks like a scam from the details you game me but I do not know all the facts and will look into later.
