yiannisf, found you on the Lazar Plays board and you seemed willing to answer questions.

If you have the time, I'm interested in finding out your opinion as to why SOLI (on grey sheet), bought a subsidiary CareClix, but they originally had the purchase price as $15 million and $5million extra for other things; then a second LOI came out modifying it to purchase price of $2million and $1 million other stuff.
Why would a company change the LOI so drastically?

Lots of debate on SOLI board whether legit or scam.
