That is only if the FDA agrees to ignore a partial failure, and if they are as hostile to NWBO and in the pocket of hostile Big Pharma companies as management apologists claim, then FDA could well say “Run another trial before we will approve.”
The only possible way to combat that bias if it exists would be to get the public and opinion makers fired up about DCVax L before a decision on that is rendered but we’ve all seen that again NWBO has lost the ability to get their message out there, an ability that drew once-trusting people like myself.
My hope is that the hire from Merck shows that the apologists are wrong about the attitude of FDA and Big Pharma and that Linda Powers has gotten past the whole “They only bring a checkbook to the table mentality” and is willing to work with them to bet a good deal.
