I sincerely appreciate your taking the time to try to find Li’s statements. IMO those statements aren’t provide any transparency into the operations or plans for LQMT.

It is Li who is behind the joint venture between LQMT and Yihao Metals in developing 106c.

Do we know if there is a joint development agreement with Yihao? In one of Joshua’s recent posts he said “if” there was such an agreement. Can you provide any information on your source?

It is the generally held by many people here that 106c is key to LQMT's future, which makes understanding 106c important. Do you have any information that you can share showing that LQMT and Yihao jointly developed 106c? At least one other poster appears to be uncertain about it being jointly developed by Yihao and LQMT.

If 106c is truly a joint entity between LQMT and Yihao (not Eon)
