It is quite clear that on communications, Professor Li has two standards:

1) For the Chinese speaking community holding Eontec shares, open dialoque and discussion with shareholders, of whom he is CEO.

2) For the Liquidmetal shareholders, a total wall of silence on urgent matters concerning the primarily English speaking shareholders

3) The same treatment is extended to the Germans and other Europeans, not withstanding the UK investors.

This is a very discriminatory policy. Further, it is not what one expects in an open, Hong-Kong like economic and political environment.

This is one of Li's major shortcomings in dealing with both American work force and an American investor base.

Everything that Li is developing is based upon a US and Japanese based technology, which he has obtained by various means.

If one equates the number of PRs per unit time with transparency, then LQMT was more transparent before Lugee took over. But if transparency equates to honest, truthful declarations that are not cloaked inside of "forward looking statements," than LQMT has been more transparent following the Lugee take over. And I'm referring only to statements/declarations made by Lugee: not by BB, Mat, or others at the company.

The difference between a complaint and a bitch is that one is only willing to act on a complaint.

Yep, he's treating us like shareholders of a $.10c stock with very slim revenue.
