It’s not a question about admitting a checkmate. This will come down to the basic economics of every choice available to them. Play the long game and try to break us financially or settle early at a reasonable number. Billy has 900m shares and he may be very happy with 4 or 500 m out of this with royalties rolling in as well. None of us know what he is thinking or has been offered at this point.
