How long do you think this consolidated trial could possibly last? Does the Judge consider the number of patent infringements, number of defendants, and corporate size of defendants when setting a trial date? What is the latest date the Judge can decide when to proceed with a trial - and can defendants still "block" the trial with another petty inconsistency?
