The SEC and FINRA have never been fans of OTC Markets...but they tolerate them.

I don’t think OTCM thought this one through as it is possibility in violation of some past SEC regs on unsolicited quotations and even contradicting some things OTC Markets has said itself about unsolicited quotes in the past.

Will be interesting to see where it goes.

The OTC Markets Group is a for profit information service that often publishes information erroneously.

People should know better, but they don't.
