I agree nobody should depend on leeway, but this is the first time SOLI has been late. Only my opinion, I believe there is a lot of communication between SOLI/FINRA/SEC on this particular case.
SOLI per dd is an exceptional company w/potential multi-billon dollar days ahead. Nobody in gov't wants to screw up this deal, this is not small potatoes like a pumper. So special strokes for special folks. And....I can assure you many Congressmen/women on the committees for SEC regs has benn contacted multiple times.
