Why would Acela merge with CDIX with it's insane massive debt? I think this was a con all along and we all missed it until today when many of us made phone calls etc. as you did last Friday. Acela got a LOI. Cunningham could give Google a LOI it does not mean he can afford to buy them! That is why the OTC is full of so many LOI scams. Diluting CEO's use LOI's to sell shares and they never go through. No way can CDIX give them 30 million dollars we are already at insane debt levels. The whole thing pisses me off that I did not figure it out last week. I could have left with gains in the .008's instead of losses at .003's etc.

Exactly. I asked him if there will be dilution even after the acquisition, he said "absolutely". It is not my fault when he said only two note holders and both of them combined are 100,000 dollars the rest are friendly, evidently they are not and neither is he. Friday changes the tune, that the OS will be 500 million by the time the acquisition is completed, then tells me the stock closed at 0.0058, but yet has the nerves to also tell me he doesn't care for the stock, how is that you watch it and know where it closed and say at the same time you don't watch or care for the stock. I remember reading his name Cunningham on the Fraud and DD board a while back, now my memory served me well when I lost on this crap.

Someone posted on Twitter that they paid themselves a 250 million share bonus!

For what? What have they done to deserve such a bonus?
