You know where I puzzled mostly on Friday. When he said "I wish we didn't have to make the LOI public cause because someone else can go in with a better offer". Right there and there I said he was cunning all the shareholders and me as well right from the beginning.

Exactly, that was my first question and why CDIX, not only bad debt but also a bad wrap, with previous dilution and reverse split. Even 420 was asking those questions from the beginning too.

People will learn the hard way, they will spike it again and again, rinse and repeat. This is nothing but flippers paradise, at some point this will hit trips again.

Can CDIX management get proper financing for a stunning LOI like Acela ?
