Yeah, it's common knowledge Dwyer is a career pink sheet Con Man but it appears some investors new to the pinks didn't do their DD on him and got hooked in this Scam from 3 - 10 cents. Dwyer is a pro at writing misleading PR's and letting the imaginations run wild then saying he never said it.... that he only said it "could" "should" "planned" "capable of"... you know, all the "Forward looking statements" that keeps him out of prison.
