Global Consortium, Inc. completed a merger acquiring Infused Edibles and Indulge Oils in the Cannabis space, and a hemp farm in Colorado.
The hemp farm in Colorado is a 15 acre test, that began harvesting at the end of October 2018. GCGX anticipates a minimum weight of 2,700 pounds per acre for the test.
Indulge Oils is a premium "pesticide free" product sought after brand as it is known for its purity and high quality. Their premium oil is in such high demand in the cannabis oil market it has been sought out by some of the largest names in the cannabis industry for private labeling. Indulge owns multiple state of the art extraction machines which are dedicated to delivering patients exceptional terpene-rich products.
Infused Edibles is a 13 year-old Award winning CBD and THC Edible company. Infused Edibles has 140 food items it infuses with US grown CBD Isolate. This is believed to be the largest amount of products produced by a single infused producer, winning over 17 first place awards. Infused Edibles operates out of a 6,000 square foot building, servicing 400 stores with 9 sales reps and 8 distributors in 15 states.
Global Consortium (OTC: GCGX) and Nightfood Holdings (OTC: NGTF) have signed a Letter of Intent for an Edibles Joint Venture under Half-Baked™ whereby Global Consortium subsidiary Infused Edibles will receive an exclusive license to manufacture and distribute marijuana and CBD-infused products under the Half-Baked™ trademark owned by MJ Munchies.
Global Consortium, Inc. is designing and building out America's first "Cannabis Mall".The Cannabis Mall, when completed will house Manufacturing, Distribution, Delivery, Retail and Cultivation all under one 64,000 square foot building. The Mall will house the largest Manufacturing facility of THC and CBD Distillate and Edibles believed to be operational in the United States. Build-out and final inspections are expected to be completed by April 1, 2019.
Update: Building was not purchased and may never be according to annual report.
