I am just wondering why did Rettsyndrome.org advertise for patients to enroll just yesterday?

15 + the 6 patients that completed the short PK study that passed DSMB. The MB had the idea that these Rett patients would be lined up an waiting ready to go.

Perhaps they were, but then the trial shifted to 18 - 45 year olds, which may well be in even shorter supply.
