Maybe SHMP is working out of his residence? Could be the residence is commercially zoned?
It's a bit far from their main TX facility. Wonder if it'll be a marketing office for Peter and Chef?

MAYBE BUYOUT OR GAME CHANGING NEWS ON THE WAY!!! They just opened another SHMP business office ten minutes down the street from me in Pompano Beach Florida!!
